The Christmas Bush - Since no trees were available for over 30
miles around, we had to settle for an oversized weed we found.

Staffin & the Christmas Bush which we found had bugs after
we decorated it. We threw it out after removing the decorations.

Coal oil - I was allergic to it . It gave
me heartburn but it was coal oil or freeze.

A long cold walk to work, the Gym in the distance. It was
heated by a coal oil stove which was constantly blowing up on me.
